Shipping Policy
Online orders are processed Monday - Friday. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order. During the summer months, we only ship our wines on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to the east coast to prevent wine from sitting in uncontrolled environments.To ensure proper delivery, we strongly recommend that orders be sent to a business address where an individual (21+ years of age) will be available to sign for the order.
Wine Shipping Restrictions: Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
In order to be compliant with current state laws, we can only ship wine to the following states: AK, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, SC, TX, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY.
